Job Description:

• Prepare reports of findings regarding Purilum's customers in foreign markets, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text relating to e-liquids and vapors.
• Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits in target international markets to identify potential markets and factors affecting e-liquid product demand.
• Conduct research on consumer opinions internationally and explore marketing strategies, collaborating with the internal marketing team and other professionals.
• Measure and assess customer satisfaction across national and international markets.
• Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data on an international scale, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data related to the e-liquids market.
• Assist with research, analysis, and shipping of samples to international customers as well as the research the customer base who receive e-liquids samples.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies in the international market.
• Seek and provide information to help the company determine their position in the international e-liquids marketplace.
• Communicate effectively with individuals from different cultural backgrounds in the global market.
• Forecast and track e-liquids marketing and sales trends of vapors and e-cigarettes, analyzing collected international data.
• Gather data on international competitors and analyze their product prices, sales, and method of marketing, packaging, and distribution.
• Monitor e-liquids industry statistics and follow trends in international trade literature, including health trends and general market research.
• Conduct risk analysis in order to make decisions on proper marketing strategy and create alternative solutions where needed.
• Attend meetings to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products or services.
• Connect with companies that conduct survey interviews and provide relevant company data and information direct international market surveys.
• Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs on an international scale.
