Summary:
CPU is seeking an individual for a career orientated in-store repair technician position with the organization. The candidate should be self-driven for success and professionalism. They should also demonstrate a reliable and prompt demeanor. An individual that can work efficiently and effectively within a team but also excel when accomplishing task solo.
Job Details:
Job duties include but are not limited to customer service and support and desktop and laptop repairs within the CPU footprint. Daily duties will include answering phones and checking in clients. Applicant will troubleshoot and resolve issues for a wide range of computers and applications in-store for all types of technology including desktops, laptops, tablets, etc.
Minimum Education/Experience:
Candidate must possess the following –
Associate Degree or greater and/or an equivalent amount of experience
Professional mannerism, appearance, reliability, and promptness
Knowledge:
Working knowledge of Windows Operating System, Anti-Virus Protection and Prevention and Basic Hardware functionality of both desktops and laptops
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
