The ideal candidate should be able to:
Manage phones, messages and setting up new jobs in our online portal.
Data entry of bills, receipts, estimates or other job related data.
Coordinate with customers for color and other selections.
Assist project manager with scheduling subs and employees for job sites.
Manage job board and occasionally run errands to pick up job related items.
Other duties as assigned.
Hours will be 7:30 am-4:30 pm
