Full-time Swimming Pool Construction Manager needed to manage the operations and project management duties for new installation of inground pools and repairs/re-plastering/renovations of existing pools.. Experienced in managing multiple projects in different locations is preferred. This is a salaried position requiring a minimum of 45 hours per week and will require daily travel along the Eastern Coast of North Carolina. The position will report directly to the President of the company. Minimum Requirements: Ability to read and understand project specifications and construction drawings. Understanding construction contracting, bidding, and procurement as well as handling change orders, submittals, transmittals and purchasing. Should be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
