In this job you will be greeting customers as they come in, answering the phone, dispatching, filing, some billing, checking in trucks, typing up estimates. We are looking for someone who can keep themselves busy, for example if there is a slow day you might clean the office area. It would help if you had some Microsoft and Excel experience. We ask that you know how to type, spell, good handwriting, and have good communication skills. All the others aspects of the job you will be trained in.
