Location: Chocowinity, NC
Pay: $12–$15/hour (Based on Experience)

Do you have a passion for cigars, great conversation, and creating unforgettable experiences? We`re looking for a Store Manager to lead our premium cigar lounge in the heart of Chocowinity, NC—a space where community, comfort, and craftsmanship come together.

 What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day operations of a relaxed yet refined cigar lounge
• Provide personalized service and expert cigar recommendations to guests
• Lead a small team with professionalism, enthusiasm, and respect
• Maintain inventory, handle ordering, and manage displays
• Ensure lounge cleanliness, compliance, and ambiance at all times
• Plan and host in-store events (pairings, releases, member nights)

 You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have experience in retail, hospitality, or lounge/bar management
• Are knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about premium cigars, cutters, humidors, and pairings
• Enjoy engaging with customers and building lasting relationships
• Can manage inventory, staffing, and scheduling efficiently
• Take pride in creating a welcoming, classy environment
