Location: Chocowinity, NC
Compensation: $12–$15/hour (Based on Experience)

Are you passionate about fishing, the great outdoors, and helping others gear up for adventure? We're looking for an energetic and driven Store Manager to lead our team and help grow a sporting goods store that`s deeply rooted in North Carolina fishing culture.

What You`ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and cash handling
• Stay up to date on the latest fishing gear, trends, and techniques to help customers make the right choice
• Organize and maintain a clean, well-stocked, and inviting store environment
• Build relationships with local anglers, vendors, and community groups
• Handle scheduling, basic reporting, and store performance metrics

 You`re a Great Fit If You:

• Have previous retail or management experience (fishing/hunting gear a major plus!)
• Are knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about rods, reels, tackle, bait, and outdoor gear
• Are organized, responsible, and enjoy leading by example
• Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Love the outdoors and enjoy sharing that passion with others
