Job Details

The Controller will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the manufacturing organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role involves working closely with leadership to provide insights for informed decision-making and identifying areas for cost reductions and strengthening operating profiting margins.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to assess performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for business improvements.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
• Cash Flow Management:
• Oversee daily cash flow and ensure that the organization has adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Manage the company`s working capital, ensuring that accounts receivable and accounts payable are efficiently handled.

Internal Controls and Compliance:

• Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies and mitigate risks.
• Financial Strategy:
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term financial strategies for growth and sustainability.
• Sales forecasting working with CFO & Sales Leader
• BOM cost analysis for cost savings opportunities & analyzing gross profit margins by quarter to analyze trends
• Quarterly gathering of cost & pricing information for review

Other

• Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance function.
