Nelnet is seeking a remote, full‑time Client Onboarding Specialist to lead end‑to‑end onboarding, education, and ongoing client success for our platform. You will configure workflows, deliver training, and coordinate across product operations to optimize adoption and satisfaction.

You will conduct demos, mentor teammates, monitor usage, and drive improvements through QA testing and process documentation. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years in client success or onboarding are preferred.
