Job Summary Statement Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Scheduler to support our Air Systems Components (ASC) business segment. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and executing supplier replenishment schedules to ensure material availability that supports production requirements while balancing inventory levels, cost, and supplier performance. The Supplier Scheduler plays a critical role in maintaining schedule adherence, supporting operational stability, and enabling on-time customer delivery through strong cross-functional and supplier collaboration.Supplier Scheduler Air Systems Components (ASC)Air Distribution Technologies, Inc.What You'll Do Develop, release, and maintain supplier replenishment schedules to support production plans and customer demandMonitor supplier delivery performance and proactively identify risks related to late or incomplete deliveriesCoordinate daily with Manufacturing, Production Scheduling, Quality, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure timely material availabilityExpedite materials and adjust priorities to address shortages, schedule changes, and production disruptionsMaintain appropriate inventory levels while supporting inventory accuracy, days on hand (DOH), and transportation efficiency targetsTrack and report supplier performance metrics, including delivery adherence and responsivenessCommunicate directly with suppliers to resolve scheduling, capacity, and delivery issuesParticipate in supplier meetings to review performance, discuss supply challenges, and identify cost reduction opportunitiesSupport new product introductions by coordinating supplier scheduling and material readinessContribute to continuous improvement, cost reduction, and VA/VE initiativesSupport make-versus-buy analysis and sourcing decisionsWhat We're Looking For Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in supplier scheduling, materials planning, production planning, or logisticsWorking knowledge of MRP / ERP systems and supplier scheduling processesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and resolve material issuesProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelPreferred Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related disciplineExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentAPICS / ASCM certification (CPIM or similar)Experience with inventory forecasting and reducing schedule varianceExposure to Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement activitiesWork Environment The work environment is primarily in a professional office setting with standard office equipment and a climate-controlled atmosphere designed for productivity.
