Industrial Sewing Machine & Production Equipment Mechanic

Location: Greenville, NC
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22.00–$28.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays during busy season: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Maintain, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair industrial sewing machines and production equipment.
- Service JUKI, United, and similar industrial sewing machines.
- Perform preventative maintenance and replace worn or damaged parts.
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC routers, fabric-cutting equipment, motors, belts, bearings, drives, and other mechanical components.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime.
- Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and equipment installation.
- Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
- Previous experience repairing or maintaining industrial machinery or production equipment.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with industrial sewing machines strongly preferred.
- Experience with JUKI, United, CNC routers, or fabric-cutting equipment is a plus.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs independently.
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk throughout the facility, bend, stoop, reach, use hand/power tools, and lift or move equipment parts as needed.

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain Forklift Operator's certification.
6 mths – 1 year experience in mechanical assembly preferred.
Farming Background preferred.
Required Qualifications
Ability to listen, understand and follow verbal instructions.
Ability to use all air and power tools (ex: drills, air ratchet, etc.)
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills are required in working with personnel at all levels
within the organization.
Must follow, practice, and adhere to all company procedures, polices, and safety measures.
