Social Services Administrative Coordinator (Remote - Augusta, ME)

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Social Services Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative, technical, and operational support to a team focused on helping individuals navigate complex healthcare and social service needs. This fully remote position is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties that help improve efficiencies within the organization. The Social Services Administrative Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, assist with research and case coordination activities, maintain documentation, and support the overall success of the team.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Previous administrative, customer service, healthcare, social services, or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to conduct research, prepare reports, maintain records, and support multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
