Job Title: Registrar Profession: Health Information Management Specialty: Abstractor Duration: 13 weeks with opportunity for extension Shift: Part-Time Hours per Shift: 20 hours/week, Monday-Friday (acceptable work window 4:30 AM - 11:00 PM EST), no weekends Experience: Must have experience handling complex cases, including BMT treatments, multiple facility abstracts, and rare/complex primary sites. License: Not specified Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: Ability to achieve a minimum accuracy expectation of 90% with a mean of 95% on quality reviews. Description: This is a fully remote opportunity. Candidates must have their own equipment: a PC and a dual monitor setup. The position is for part-time work, requiring 20 hours per week. Candidates are expected to work during the Monday to Friday schedule within the acceptable work window. Experience with software programs such as OncoLog, Cerner, OncoEMR, All Scripts, Aria, and Mosaiq is needed. Registrars will be assessed to determine fit for our network based on their scores. Completing user-defined fields is also an expectation for this role. Candidates must commit to working two major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and one minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
