NoJob DescriptionECU Department of Information Technology and Computing Services is currently seeking a Learning Platform Technician to provide top-tier support for Learning Technologies such as Canvas, Respondus LockDown Browser & Monitor, WebEx, Poll Everywhere, and others.Students hired for this position will have the opportunity to work with ECU's University-supported learning technology applications. The selected person will have the opportunity to work directly with ECU faculty and staff, supporting and assisting them as well as other ECU students on the use of these technologies. The selected person will assist in supporting content development and work with application and audio/video technology. This job is well suited for students who are looking to add some practical experience in troubleshooting, client support, training, and content development to their resume.GPA RequirementGPA Requirement Minimum of 2.01. Good communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.2. Possess general knowledge of Microsoft Office.3. Have the ability to think "outside of the box" when the situation calls for it.4.
