responsibilities:
- Review complex and high-risk production records to ensure strict GMP compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing and QC teams to drive timely batch releases.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and on-the-job training for new Quality technicians.
- Assist in site preparation for critical regulatory body and client audits.
- Lead targeted initiatives to streamline batch record reviews and electronic quality systems.
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong background in GMP compliance and complex production record review.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Associate degree or higher in a Science or Technology field.
