Relationship Manager

Customers Bank is searching for a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our high performing Warehouse Lending team.

Develop new business opportunities within the Southeast region for Warehouse Facilities, MSR Term Loans and Deposits offered by Customers Bank.

Prepare Term Sheets and present opportunities internally and then present to clients.

Manage existing portfolio of clients to ensure satisfactory performance and utilization.

Prepare and present credit actions to loan committee in timely manner in conjunction with Credit team.

Work with Operations team in all aspects of client relationship from new client training to ongoing training and performance.

Meet departmental goals and targets as it relates to warehouse related loan and deposit balances.

Relationship Manager will be overseeing business relationships in the Southeast Region of the U.S.

10+ years of experience in the Warehouse Lending space.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Strong knowledge of warehouse lending process and procedures.

Formal credit training required.

Self-starter with excellent time management skills.

Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills -- written, verbal with an ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

A professional work ethic and attitude.

Microsoft Outlook Office Suite.

Familiarity with AI and automation tools that support productivity, workflow efficiency, and client engagement.
