This role is primarily a Lobby Experience Coordinator (LEC) position focused on providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for patients. The candidate will greet patients, assist with kiosk check-ins, answer questions, help maintain the waiting area, and occasionally perform phlebotomy duties to cover breaks or staffing shortages.
High School Diploma or GED (required, no exceptions). Some phlebotomy experience required (including internship or externship experience). Minimum 12 years of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, healthcare, home health aide, etc.). Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer, keyboarding, and data entry experience. Ability to work with patients professionally and compassionately.
