Job Summary

The Greenville Recreation and Parks Department is currently recruiting Tennis Instructors to teach youth and adult tennis classes. This program runs a variety of tennis programs throughout the year. Tennis Instructors need to follow a basic game plan and be adaptable based on the clinic requirements. They should maintain a positive attitude and high energy with students, parents, and co-workers. Being familiar with basic tennis strokes is essential, and the willingness to learn is important. Minimum Age: 16 years old at the time of application Instruction Hours: Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. 8 p.m. Requirements: High school tennis team experience or similar competitive experience required Valid driver's license required to operate staff vehicle, as needed First Aid and CPR Certifications required within 60 days of hire This is a continuous recruitment and may close at any time
