About the job Data Entry Operator

Job Description: The Data Entry Operator is responsible for ensuring that data is accurately entered into AANEs internal customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
Primary Responsibilities include:

• Manipulate spreadsheets to organize data effectively
• Import data from AANEs internal CRM platform
• Identify and problem solve errors in data
• Quality Checks
• Additional database-related tasks assigned by the Operations Manager

• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team, including the ability to ask for help when needed

• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Blackbaud Software Systems preferred
• Experience working with import management systems
• Experience with Google Workspace

• Compensation range: $17-$18/hour
