We are looking for an experienced Property Leasing Agent with a strong background in residential property management for an 84 unit apartment complex for approximately three weeks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and an independent thinker and worker. Primary responsibilities include handling payments, oversight of units, and all others as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations.
• Implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
• Maintain impeccable files and accounting records.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive properties.

• Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Rotating Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

• Proven experience in property management, with a minimum of 2 years experience of apartment property management.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing regulations, and property management best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management software
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Temporary position
• Not an entry level position; Must have a minimum of 2 years experience of apartment property management
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
