Food Safety Consultant

EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety Consultant for assignments in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

In this role, you will support gastronomy brands by conducting on-site audits and providing consulting services to ensure alignment with brand standards and enhance the overall guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting audits on food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standards at the customer's site
• Advising customers on best practices in food safety and hygiene
• Maintaining strong customer relationships

We are looking for candidates who:

• Speak fluent German and English
• Have demonstrable experience in conducting food safety audits, e.g., in retail food, hotel F&B, convenience stores, or at gas stations
• Possess food safety certifications, e.g., HACCP or ISO 22000
• Can efficiently cover the defined area
• Have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle
• Have a passion for coaching and training in food-related areas
• Can work independently

Availability:

• Long-term availability for recurring audits
• Support for quarterly audits and re-audits
