The Customer Service Representative is a key customer-facing role responsible for delivering a high-quality service experience across all touchpoints. This position serves as the primary contact for customer inquiries, supporting order management, quotations, and issue resolution while ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism. The role partners closely with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction, support sales objectives, and maintain strong client relationships. The incumbent also contributes to business growth by proactively identifying opportunities and maintaining market awareness.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or inside sales role, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, or technical environment Experience supporting technical or engineered products (e.g., lubrication systems, hydraulic or pneumatic components) is strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to manage customer interactions, process orders, and support sales activities
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Technical aptitude with a basic understanding of industrial equipment and systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach Strong organizational skills and commitment to continuous improvement Ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams
