Position Highlights

• Outpatient only primary care
• 4 day workweek (open to a 3-day work week)
• 10 patients per day (never more than 18)
• Join a collegial team of long'tenured clinicians, including two NPs (one with 8 years of experience)
• Open to Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics or NP/PA
• Part of an ACO, emphasizing quality over volume
• AthenaOne EMR
• Mental health provider onsite
