The Food Service Assistant will serve primarily as a Ware Washer in the main kitchen, ensuring that all cooking and dining items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to maintain food safety. Responsibilities include general cleaning duties and supporting food service operations, such as serving meals on a tray line. The role requires adherence to established sanitation and food handling procedures. The Food Service Assistant - Ware Washer must also meet productivity standards while completing tasks efficiently. In some cases, this position may serve as a Lead Worker, overseeing other staff involved in basic food service activities. The working hours for the Food Service Assistant - Ware Washer will be 10:00am-7:00pm with rotating weekends off.
