The Blood Connection - - Responsibilities: Plan and execute strategies to recruit, retain, and manage sponsor group organizations and relationships to achieve territory blood collection goals; Develop potential sponsor leads and strategize recruitment well in advance of blood drive dates; Communicate effectively with donor chairpersons and donor groups pre, during, and post drive events; Provide superior customer service to blood donors, sponsor groups, and internal/external customers; Organize meetings with sponsor contacts and committees to educate and promote blood drives
