Job Description

• Oversee on-site activities for retail TI remodel projects nationwide
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work aligns with schedule and scope
• Act as the on-site client representative, reporting updates to HQ
• Solve real-time issues in the field with minimal supervision
• Support night work when required, with advance notice provided

The Successful Applicant

• 3+ years experience as a Superintendent
• Retail TI experience required
• Carpentry background preferred
• Strong communication skills and positive, solutions-oriented attitude

$90,000-$100,000 base salary (flexible up to $110,000)
