Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Workers to join our growing operations team in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for supporting warehouse and inventory functions within a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in packing, production, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations and be comfortable working in a team-oriented setting while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Work a 2nd shift schedule (Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM EST) with flexibility for overtime as needed.

• Perform warehouse and inventory management duties, including proper storage of products and supplies.

• Ensure appropriate refrigeration and storage of temperature-sensitive products.

• Monitor, adjust, and calibrate equipment as required.

• Prepare and assemble daily shipping boxes and packaging materials.

• Create, update, and correct shipping labels as needed.

• Transport packages to shipping, mail, and courier departments.

• Receive incoming inventory and verify accurate product receipt.

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records within company systems.

• Assist with inventory discrepancy investigations and resolutions.

• Maintain organized and compliant storage practices.

• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.

• Process, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure all required materials, supplies, and documentation are included with shipments.

• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Work Environment

This position works as part of a team of approximately 20 warehouse professionals in a fast-paced operational environment. Employees should be comfortable performing physical work, handling inventory, and meeting productivity expectations while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
