Cross-Platform SharePoint Front-end Developer/Trainer And Public Web Development Contractor

NCDIT-T Web Systems is seeking a cross-platform SharePoint Front-end Developer/trainer and public web development contractor to serve a wide array of NCDOT business customers on the Web Systems team. The candidate will need to come onsite the first day to collect equipment. All candidates must be local to the Triangle region of North Carolina, and posting may require up to 1-2 days per week in a Triangle area office for meetings.

Job Description

• NCDIT-T Web Systems is seeking a QA Analyst to join our team of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and web developers.
• This staffer will assist in testing web applications for SharePoint solutionsM365 integrations to ensure functionality, usability, and web accessibility.
• They'll also assist in basic troubleshooting for end-users. They'll create and execute test cases, document results, and report defects while collaborating with developers to validate fixes.
• Additionally, they'll assist in analyzing business requirements to refine testing strategies and ensure alignment with user needs.
• Responsibilities include documenting test plans, tracking issues, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing feedback to improve system functionality.
• You will also help create user guides, training materials, and process documentation (especially in dashboards and their connected systems) to support end users.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of web technologies are essential.
• This role is needed in the web systems team due to the increase in work efforts from the NCDOT/NCDMV customer who demands fast turnarounds and high-quality/low-error functionality.

Skill - Required / Desired - Amount - of Experience

Technical Experience with Vue.js and Pinia for Vue.js - Required - 4 Years

Technical Experience with Angular.js - Required - 4 Years

Deep knowledge of front-end development in CSS and JavaScript - Required - 4 Years

Good practical experience with SharePoint on-premise - Required - 4 Years

Able to provide clear Prototyping and Mockups - Required - 4 Years

Good practical experience with end user testing - Required - 4 Years
