This 13-week Mammography Technologist assignment is based in Greenville, North Carolina, a lively regional center in eastern North Carolina known for its blend of small-city charm and big-city amenities. You will be responsible for proper patient positioning, image acquisition, and adherence to all safety and quality standards. The non-acute setting means you will primarily see outpatient and scheduled patients, creating an environment where you can focus on thorough, consistent, and compassionate care.Experience with biopsies is considered a plus, as some days may include assisting with breast biopsies or related interventional procedures. In such cases, you may be involved in preparing patients, positioning, supporting the radiologist during the procedure, and ensuring proper post-procedure imaging.
