Job Description Job Description We are seeking an awesome energetic Retail Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise team of retail sales workers
Make bi weekly schedules for staff
Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Train and evaluate employees
Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
Resolve customer complaints
Create product order sheet, and facilitate placing orders with vendors
Problem solving on multiple levels

Previous experience in retail, customer service, and sales
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership qualities in and out of work
Very responsible and dependable
