Victorian Senior Care - - Responsibilities: Inspect appliances, etc., routinely to make minor repairs as preventive maintenance; Replace furnace/air conditioner filters on a regularly scheduled basis; Keep door knobs and locks on doors/windows working properly; Assure that exterior of community (including porches and guardrails) is in good order and that scheduled yard work, etc. has been completed; Make sure all windows can be raised/lowered easily
