divh2Carpenter / Skilled Laborer/h2pWe are seeking a dependable Carpenter / Skilled Laborer to join our commercial and residential construction team. This position is ideal for someone with carpentry experience and a broad skill set across multiple trades. Work includes new construction, renovations, and repairs on both residential and commercial projects./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliPerform rough and finish carpentry work/liliAssist with and perform tasks across multiple trades, including drywall, painting, flooring, concrete, and minor electrical or plumbing (as permitted)/liliRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders/liliFrame walls, floors, and roofs/liliInstall doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and hardware/liliDemolition, site prep, and material handling/liliOperate hand and power tools safely and efficiently/liliMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job site/liliWork with supervisors, subcontractors, and other crew members to complete projects on schedule/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliExperience in carpentry and general construction/liliAbility to work across multiple trades with minimal supervision/liliKnowledge of construction tools, materials, and methods/liliBasic understanding of building codes and job site safety/liliAbility to follow instructions and work independently when required/liliReliable transportation and valid drivers license/liliAbility to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions/li/ulh3Preferred (but not required):/h3ulliExperience in both commercial and residential construction/liliOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification/liliAbility to lead helpers or apprentices/li/ulh3Benefits:/h3ulliCompetitive pay based on experience/liliSteady, year-round work/liliOpportunities for advancement/liliPaid time off and holidays (if applicable)/li/ulpCompensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour/ppSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
