Job Description Required Education:â ¢ High School Diploma or EquivalentRequired Skills and Experience:â ¢ 1 year of manufacturing/production experience or equivalent (requiredâ ¢ Effective teamwork and communication across departments; strong attention to detailâ ¢ Ability to work on semi-routine assignments and recognize deviations from specificationsâ ¢ Proficient in English with the ability to read, write, follow simple diagrams, analyze/evaluate charts, and perform basic arithmeticâ ¢ Basic computer skills, including proficiency with PCs and use of a Windows environmentâ ¢ Ability to stand for long periods of time, perform repetitive motion, and lift up to 40 lbs.â ¢ Ability to work overtime as required to meet business needs and maintain regular, punctual attendancePosition Overview:Perform routine packaging operations by following clearly defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Apply basic packaging techniques to support production (e.g., staging materials, packaging, labeling, and inspection) while meeting quality and safety requirements. Work under close supervision with limited discretion and escalate issues as needed.Responsibilities: â ¢ Perform routine packaging tasks by following SOPs, work instructions, and quality/safety guidelinesâ ¢ Prepare, stage, and replenish packaging materials for productionâ ¢ Maintain cleanliness of packaging work areas and equipment according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards; perform routine cleaning of work areasâ ¢ Conduct visual inspections of packaged products for quality compliance; identify and escalate quality issuesâ ¢ Collect samples for quality verification per documented proceduresâ ¢ Accurately complete packaging-related documentation and logsâ ¢ Palletize packaged materials according to standards and safety guidelinesâ ¢ Adhere to all safety and housekeeping policiesâ ¢ Perform other duties as assigned **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.** Â Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here .
