This role serves as a key operational interface between manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, engineering, and quality teams to drive production flow, resolve constraints, and maintain visibility across all stages of aircraft assembly.The ideal candidate will possess strong manufacturing coordination, production management, and operational problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This position requires strong shop floor presence, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate risks impacting production schedules and assembly completion.Job Descriptionâ ¢ Manage aircraft production progress and outstanding work throughout the manufacturing lifecycle following MSN trackingâ ¢ Coordinate and interface with internal departments including Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teamsâ ¢ Support and secure aircraft assembly production activities across all production areas feeding final assembly operationsâ ¢ Monitor manufacturing flow and production status to ensure adherence to schedule and operational objectivesâ ¢ Track and report production progress through LOB trackers, work orders, and ERP systems while validating physical shop floor statusâ ¢ Identify, escalate, and support resolution of quality issues, missing parts, material shortages, and resource constraintsâ ¢ Provide production visibility and operational updates across 2-, 3-, and 6-month manufacturing windowsâ ¢ Anticipate production bottlenecks and coordinate mitigation actions to minimize schedule impactsâ ¢ Collaborate with expeditors and supply chain teams to monitor part availability and delivery timelinesâ ¢ Support production recovery plans and operational improvement initiatives to maintain manufacturing efficiencyâ ¢ Prepare production status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for leadership and stakeholdersâ ¢ Maintain strong communication and coordination across cross-functional manufacturing and operations teamsâ ¢ Support continuous improvement efforts focused on production flow, schedule adherence, and operational performanceQualificationsâ ¢ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or aerospace production environmentâ ¢ Minimum of 2 years of experience managing manufacturing, production, or operational projectsâ ¢ Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field strongly preferredâ ¢ Experience working within aerospace manufacturing or aircraft assembly operations preferredâ ¢ Strong understanding of production tracking, manufacturing flow, and operational coordinationâ ¢ Ability to work effectively on the shop floor in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentâ ¢ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailâ ¢ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholdersâ ¢ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesâ ¢ Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing operational needsâ ¢ Experience working with ERP systems, production trackers, and manufacturing reporting tools preferredâ ¢ Strong verbal and written communication skillsâ ¢ Willingness to learn new processes, systems, and operational methodologiesâ ¢ Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 30 lbsAdditional Informationâ ¢ To acquire experience in different critical industries and projects while working for the same companyâ ¢ To have a competitive salary and a great benefits packageâ ¢ To access trainings focused on expanding your knowledge while staying up to date with cutting-edge technologies and best practicesâ ¢ To have a clear career development plan that suits your goalsâ ¢ To have the possibility of working abroad through our mobility program thanks to our international presenceâ ¢ To join a dynamic, specialized, and fast-growing group where communication is key and every team member is valuedâ ¢ To be part of a team where having fun is essential
