This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the community therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position, as it directly impacts the employees ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow and communication within the team./ppPrimary Duties And Responsibilities:/pulliAbides by Fair Housing Laws./liliPerforms all tasks relating to leasing the property, such as: Showing the property to prospective residents, preparing lease packets, run credit reports, inspects properties after move-outs and prior to move-ins./liliActively participates in the leasing of the property while striving for quality residency./liliHandles the accounting and posting duties for deposits and rent payments./liliResponds to telephone requests from residents and the public./liliHandles payroll administration aligning with Payroll Department./liliTracks traffic through the property/liliPrepares purchase orders./liliCoordinates maintenance requests with the Maintenance Supervisor/liliAggressively work on resident retention through positive resident relationships./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpOccasional Functions:/pulliMake bank deposits./liliAttend meetings on behalf of the Community Manager./liliSupervise pool attendants./liliAssist Maintenance department with computer equipment./liliTrain Employees/liliReport preparation for Community Manager./li/ulpPosition Requirements / Qualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma/GED May be supplemented by prior supervisory experience in a customer service environment./liliCurrent Fair Housing Certification/liliValid Drivers License (if operating a vehicle)/li/ulpPreferred Skills/Abilities:/pulliAdvanced college courses in management, public relations, or accounting./liliAt least two years of property management experience in a customer service environment./li/ulpPhysical Activities:/pulliPhysical Activities up to and including, typing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, climbing stairs, or standing for periods of time./liliAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs./li/ulpGeneral:/pulliHours worked will coincide with the hours of operation in the community.
