This state-of-the-art facility has had over $100M of investments in recent years and features fit-for-scale capacity with potent handling capabilities, ideal for orphan or targeted drug development./ppThe Senior Proposal Lead is responsible for supporting various Business Development teams through scoping, writing, issuing and management of proposals for new and existing customer opportunities, along with pipeline, tech services and QARs. This position serves as a liaison between the Business Development Groups and Product Development and other site teams that are involved in scoping, reviewing and approving proposals as needed./ppThe Role:/pulliPrepare development, tech transfer and pipeline proposals related to customer activities within Catalent facilities./liliInteract with various internal groups such as legal, business development, ST, PD, Analytical, Quality, and project management for necessary information for the completion of quotes and QARs. Ensuring that project quotes are within scope and up to date./liliManage timelines of proposal development, and assure that documents are complete, accurate, and sent on time./liliResponsible for making sure each quote is governed by the correct legal document./liliMaintain weekly Quotes in Process (QIP) status for assigned proposals and manage other metric tracking as needed. Write Commercial Pricing letters for new opportunities./liliWill engage directly with Clients related to quotes in progress and questions on quotes issued./liliParticipates in cross-functional initiatives to reduce cost and improve efficiency and service levels for both internal and external clients.
