Job Description - ECU Department of 1 Card System is currently seeking reliable Summer Office Assistants. The primary purpose of this position is to handle customer service operations at the 1 Card Office. Duties include: Assisting patrons over the phones or in office as needed. Assisting students, parents, and staff at New Student Orientations. Card distribution sorting, organizing, mailing, and handing out cards. Creating applications in Teams and scheduling appointments via Bookings. Uploading photos and assisting patrons using the photo upload application. Card production as needed. Filing documents, updating system information and other duties as assigned.

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.) - Must have excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented, and have the willingness to work with large groups of people. Must be approved for Federal Work Study, be available to work both summer semesters and have transportation to campus outside of normal ECU bus schedule.
