Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting access control and other security-related activities at the location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and key operational areas to help to support authorized access, observe site activity, and communicate with site contacts when needed; Complete routine reports, document observations, and relay important information to Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other site issues
