Sanderson Farms - - Responsibilities: Independently manages time to ensure area and equipment is sanitized, using required chemicals and cleaning solutions to reduce risk of bacteriological threats; Tear down machinery, sanitize and reassemble prior to production start; Direct the work of others and is the 'go-to' for questions and concerns in the absence of supervisor or superintendent at their request; Train lower level technicians as needed; Other duties as assigned
