Assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and other general banking transactions. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly resolving any issues or concerns. Cash Handling: Accurately count, receive, and disburse cash, checks, and other financial instruments. Ensure cash drawer balances at the beginning and end of each shift, following the bank's cash handling policies and procedures. Transaction Processing: Perform various banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, and traveler's checks. Ensure all transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
