The HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental programs across manufacturing plant operations. This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture and continuous improvement. The HSE Manager partners with plant leadership, employees, and corporate teams to minimize risk, prevent incidents, and support safe and sustainable operations. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite. This role is contributing to our NAM Electrification Distribution Solutions Operation in Pinetops, North Carolina. You will be mainly accountable for:Develop, implement, and maintain plant-level HSE policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
