This POSO Coordinator I position will provide frontline POSO support to managers and employees within the Colleges of Education, Fine Arts and Communication, and Honors. Reporting to the POSO Business Partner, this role serves as the primary point of contact for student and SHRA recruitment, hiring, and employment transactions, and supports the effective implementation of POSO policies, procedures, and service standards. In collaboration with POSO Business Partners and POSO teams, the Coordinator I ensures consistent service delivery, compliance with institutional guidelines, and facilitates a positive customer experience. This position also contributes to policy communication and process improvement initiatives. The POSO Coordinator I focuses on operational excellence, customer service, and process adherence.
