In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams. The work model for the role is: on site. This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Pinetops, North Carolina. You will be mainly accountable for:Focus on keep automation line working with minimum downtime and design and implement improvements to prevent issues (develop spare parts plan, routine controls and checks on automation stations and robots, operators training on autonomous maintenance, etc)Keep Automation machines in state of the art condition regarding cleaning, operations and maintenance.
