Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency services when needed.; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, document daily events and/or incidents, and report policy violations, property concerns, and suspicious behavior according to site expectations.; Support a professional presence at the location by interacting respectfully with residents and visitors, following post instructions, and assisting with security-related requests as appropriate.
