Job Details

Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost and labor estimates for commercial drywall projects. Collaborate closely with project managers and superintendents to review contracts and ensure smooth project handoffs. Create, manage, and review project budgets, ensuring all estimates align with client expectations and project scope. Communicate daily with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to address project details and pricing changes. Prepare and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and Change Orders as needed. Estimate and manage commercial projects ranging from $500 K to $10 M, including restaurants, warehouses, and retail spaces.
