Cake Decorator Description A Cake Decorator at Carlie Cs IGA understands that providing prompt and friendly customer service is the top priority. This position carries the exciting challenge of creating every cake sold in our store. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to crafting cakes that are as visually appealing as they are delicious. Duties. Bake and Decorate Cakes. Use scales and printer, understand tare weight. Use and sharpen meat/cheese slicer. Use chicken fryer, monitor grease. Make meals for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Understand portion control. Monitor food temperature requirements. Operate oven, proof box. Keep sales area full, and rotated. Clean and sanitized area. Work in refrigerated areas. Maintain Carlie C's Uniform Standards.
