About the Role You're Considering
This role is responsible for leading and coordinating manufacturing-focused projects and changes within an Aerospace industrial environment. The job involves owning work-package schedules, integrating them into the overall program plan, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, on cost, and in compliance with client processes. The role also leads change-management activities, including cost analysis, technical reviews, and implementation tracking, while proactively managing risks and recovery plans. Success requires working effectively within a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing setting and collaborating across multicultural, international teams in the U.S. and Europe using the client project-management methodologies (LBIP).

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $53,580,00 - $141,257.00
