The Maintenance Operations Coordinator is responsible for tracking, recording, and reporting AMT mechanic labor hours across multiple locations and entities. This role serves as the central point of contact for mechanic time and attendance data, overtime monitoring, and hours reporting to support both operational and HR decision-making across ISO. RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES: Collect, enter, and maintain accurate daily and weekly mechanic labor hours across all applicable locations and departments, as assigned. Monitor scheduled vs. actual hours worked and flag variances, overtime trends, and budget concerns to management on a timely basis. Reconcile mechanic time records in ADP Workforce Now against work orders, shift schedules, and supervisor approvals. Prepare weekly and monthly labor hours reports by location and department for review by Maintenance and HR leadership.
