We are hiring in Washington, NC. We are looking for Hot Melt Operator workers who are looking to grow within an organization at a long-term full-time job. Operates a hot melt machine to produce filter packs. Makes adjustments to the machine to ensure quality production. Starting Pay: $17.60 Benefits: Long-term growth opportunity. Sets up the machine for automatic operation. Selects the correct media and loads rolls onto the machine. Adds hot melt to the machine and adjusts hot melt settings. Reads a Z-drawing and shop packet to determine filter requirements. Makes modifications to CNC programs. Uses hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers to change rollers.
