What You'll Be Doing
As the COO Executive Intern, you'll be plugged directly into high-level operations:
- Support the Chief Operations Officer (COO) with daily executive functions including scheduling, communications, and coordination
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and materials for leadership, Board meetings, and external stakeholders
- Track projects, action items, and organizational initiatives across departments
- Assist with leadership meetingsagenda prep, note-taking, and follow-ups
- Conduct research and gather data to support operational and compliance decisions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help build reports that drive strategy
- Partner with HR on onboarding coordination and operational processes
- Support special projects tied to program expansion, compliance, and system improvements
- Maintain strict confidentiality while working with sensitive organizational information
This role offers direct exposure to executive-level strategy and operations

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in: Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields
- No prior experience requiredbut initiative and professionalism are a must
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
